Eteri Tskipurishvili was born in Georgia. She started playing piano at a very young age and gave her first public performance at the age of six. She was only eight years old when she performed Bach piano concerto no.5 in f minor with Orchestra.

Tskipurishvili studied at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire where she graduated with honors in 2019. She also studied in Finland, at the University of the arts Helsinki, Sibelius Academy with renowned pianist and teacher Erik T. Tawaststjerna where she earned her master’s degree in performance as well in pedagogy. Addition to that, she has a diploma in classical vocal Performance. From fall 2023 Eteri joined the Indiana University South Bend to study under the guidance of famous pianist and performer Ketevan Badridze.

She is the prize winner of numerous piano competitions, including the Grand Prix at the International piano competition in Baku, Azerbaijan. First Place in solo performance category and third place in Chamber music category at the international competition ‘Premio Citta Di Padova’, Padova, Italy. First place and special prize for ‘high performance skills’ at the piano festival and competition, Marmaris, Turkey. First Prize and Jury special prize for ‘the best performance of the polyphonic composition’ -Yerevan, Armenia. As well the winner of the scholarship by Gabunia foundation.

Eteri has performed in many concerts, including those for the President of Georgia, Patriarch of Georgia and for the TV shows
